Adjustment of Passenger Fuel Surcharge for May 2011
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that Garuda Indonesia will adjust the passenger fuel surcharge for
international routes ex Hong Kong effective 1 May 2011 until 31 May 2011. Please find
below the detail for your reference:
1. The fuel surcharge of HKD222 is applicable per flight sector/ each coupon of GA
international flights;
2. The fuel surcharge will be effective for ticket issued or reissued on or after 1 May
2011 until 31 May 2011 (Date of Issue);
3. The fuel surcharge is applied to all passengers, regardless of class of travel or
stopover or transit and all types of fares;
4. There is no exemption or discount for any category of passenger, such as Children,
Infant, ID, AD, Frequent Flyer Programs, etc;
5.
The fuel surcharge must be collected at Point of Sale, and reflected as "YQ" in the
tax box on the ticket.
